Sambar Powder

Hektapy Sambar Powder is a laboriously experimented product from the Hektapy kitchen work-shop. Its speciality is not just the flavour and aroma, which is surely fabulous and the best in trade, but also the ingredients which are specially sourced from select farmers for the Hektapy store. Each ingredient is roasted separately on low heat until it starts to yield its unique aromatic essential oils and only then powdered, blended and packed fresh.
