Raw Tamarind Pickle

Hektapy Raw Tamarind Pickle is unique for it is of single tree origin of a farmer, harvested at the right stage just before it starts ripening and prepared during the period of harvest in small batches, as and when the harvest is done. It is preserved in glazed jars, before being packed into bottles as and when required and the total quantity is limited! It is also unique, for it is a product of in-house research over countless micro batches to perfect it to the traditional Andhra style taste.
