How to Use:

1. Boil tamarind water with tomatoes until raw smell disappears
2. Add cooked toor dal and mix well
3. Add Hektapy Rasam Powder and stir thoroughly
4. Simmer on low flame for 8–10 minutes
5. Heat oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried red chilli for tempering
6. Pour tempering over rasam, adjust salt and serve hot
